Weddings Please note that in all cases a booking fee, equal to twenty-five percent of the stated price is payable on the signing of the contract. The balance is payable not less than twenty-one days prior to the wedding, and any extra prints and pages added to the album can be paid on collection of the album. In the event of a cancellation of the booking by the customer the twenty-five percent booking fee will not be refunded. The viewing of the wedding photographs will be by computer monitor so that you can choose the exact prints that you wish to have in the wedding album. If the photographer cannot cover the wedding due to illness, A H Photographic will employ another photographer, or will give a full refund. A booking placed with A H Photographic is accepted on the premise that no other professional photographer (or amateur photographer that sells photographs) is employed at the wedding concerned. Portraits Our portrait service is unique in that we set up a moblie studio in your home. A setup and sitting fee of £60 is to be paid at the beginning of the studio session. Included in this fee are two 7x5 prints or one 5x8. After the photographs are taken you will view them by laptop monitor. The order can be placed then, or within two weeks of the session. All reprints and frame orders are only accepted on a payment with order basis. (Cash or cheques only). . Copyright All photographs taken by A H Photographic are protected by the current copyright legislation. It is illegal to copy photographs by mechanical, or electronic means or transmission via the Internet and in doing so may result in prosecution.
